By using this website and our proxy servers ("ProxySite.Pro", "the service", "we", "us") you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
What the service is
ProxySite.Pro provides indirect browsing: instead of connecting to a website directly, you connect to our server, which fetches the requested resource and forwards it to you. The destination website sees our server's address rather than yours. Pages delivered through the proxy may be modified in transit (for example, links are rewritten so navigation keeps working) and may not be an exact copy of the original.
We aim for a high degree of anonymity but do not guarantee it. A page may reference resources that your browser loads outside the proxy, and some sites actively resist being proxied. Treat the service as a privacy aid, not an absolute shield.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use it entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website, including errors, interruptions or lost profits, even if we were advised such damages were possible. If you are dissatisfied with the service, your exclusive remedy is to stop using it.
We are not responsible for content on third-party websites reached through the proxy. A website viewed through the service is in no way owned by or associated with us.
Acceptable use
The service may be used for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for complying with the laws in force at your location and at the location of the websites you visit. The following is strictly forbidden:
- any illegal activity, including transmission or receipt of illegal material;
- contacting or communicating with minors in a manner prohibited by law;
- violating copyright or other intellectual-property rights;
- spamming, mass advertising, unsolicited commercial email or other network abuse;
- transmitting harassing, libellous, threatening, harmful or hateful material.
We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement regarding activity that violates applicable law.
Fair use of resources
The service runs on significant but finite resources. To keep it fast and free for everyone, the following is not allowed and may result in blocking: automated crawling, feeding bots or other non-human clients, repeatedly requesting the same resource, hotlinking proxied files, and transferring excessively large files (oversized transfers are cut off automatically).
